 If you have a damaged TekYa product, including tempered glass, chargers, cables, cases, etc; please submit a Damaged Product Replacement Claim.
If you registered a Double Advantage Screen Protector and your device has broken LCD screen that needs to be repaired; please submit a Double Advantage Broken LCD Claim.
